Return & Refund Policy




If you are dissatisfied with your jewelry purchase from, you are entitled to return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund. This policy applies to all jewelry items including necklaces, pendants, charms, and bracelets, purchased on our website.

Initiating a Return To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team at to obtain an RMA. Include the RMA number with your returned item. Once you have received your RMA, please return the item and email us the RMA and the tracking number so we can monitor the return process.

Shipping Address for Returns Products must be returned to the address provided upon RMA issuance. In most cases, returns should be sent to: 714 Gwen St. Unit A, Tallahassee, FL 32303 Please confirm the return address with our support team before sending any products back.

Condition of Returned Items Returned jewelry must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged). All original accessories included with your purchase must also be returned.

Additional Return Conditions

  • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrapping fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned items during transit.
  • If you return an item without an RMA, or if it is missing parts and accessories originally included, we may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of 30% of the original product price or the retail value of the missing items, whichever is higher.
  • If the returned item is in good physical condition, a 30% restocking fee may be applied to cover labor and repackaging costs.

Non-returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Proof of Purchase A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refund Process Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale Items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at within 30 days of delivery for further instructions.

Gift Returns If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
